After joining Roland Berger’s Paris office in 2013, Mylène Astier then transferred to Chicago in 2017 where she is currently based. Mylène is a Principal member in the Automotive CC where she is directly involved in driving the growth of the ACC in the United States through automotive supply strategy, portfolio strategy, and high-impact transformations.

Throughout her career, Mylène has developed an expertise relating to key technologies in the automotive sphere, such as e-powertrain, power electronics, and charging solutions.

Mylène is also both personally and professionally passionate about diversity, equity & inclusion. Aside from directing the Women@RB Initiative for the 8th consecutive year, she also heads w@RB throughout the US, Canada, and Brazil. In addition, Mylène is also a key member of Roland Berger’s DEI Council and Global Diversity Committee where she collaborates with international colleagues in EMEA and Asia.

Mylène holds two Masters' degrees. One from the Grande Ecole Centrale-Supelec (Paris, France) in Electrical and Mechanical Engineering; and another from the University of Cambridge (UK) in Industrial Systems, Manufacturing & Management.
