Natallia Pinchuk joined Roland Berger in 2019 as a Principle, focusing on natural gas decarbonization, business strategy, and predictive analytics. An experienced consultant with industry background, Natallia has worked with companies across the energy value chain: renewable energy providers, gas and electric utilities, equipment manufacturers, and engineering, procurement, construction companies.
Her experience includes strategy development, growth strategy, merger integration planning, supply chain transformation, manufacturing footprint design, and new technology assessment. Before coming to Roland Berger, Natallia led annual energy storage cost assessment for a global financial advisory and asset management firm. She also has collaborated with and headed teams assessing the viability of multi-billion-dollar energy projects and achieved equally impressive savings as the result of developing effective cost-management initiatives.
Her collaboration on many of their most critical strategic and operational improvement challenges brings invaluable expertise to her work with Roland Berger. Since joining our firm, Natallia has been engaged on projects relating not only to energy, i.e. decarbonization and corporate sustainability, but also in strategy development, operations and merger integration and divestiture, digital operations, and performance management.
Natallia holds an MBA from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology and Master’s degrees in Mechanical Engineering and Nuclear Engineering and Radiological Science, also from MIT.
