Oona Stock joined Roland Berger in 2021. She has a vast experience supporting organizations undergoing major cultural and organizational transformation. An energetic leader, she loves working with organizations that understand the importance of managing their human capital in a diverse and inclusive manner.
Oona is recognized for her ability to implement complex strategies like sustainability, while engaging key stakeholders. She combines the expertise of being a consultant for more than 25 years with being the CHRO and member of the executive team of one of the world’s largest pension funds.
Oona possesses a Master’s Degree in Human Resources from the University de Montréal.
