Dr. Ralf-Thorsten Henn is a Principal in Roland Berger's Restructuring, Performance, Transformation & Transaction team. He brings more than ten years of experience as corporate lawyer and management consultant centered around M&A-, Private Equity-Transactions, Corporate Finance and Special Situations.

Before joining Roland Berger, Ralf was Attorney-at-Law with international law firms and a Senior Manager and CCO at a German restructuring consultancy. He supports his clients in particular with the preparation of holistic restructuring concepts, option analyses and through insolvency-related consulting.

Ralf studied law and legal English in Augsburg and Barcelona and graduated with two German state examinations and a Master’s in International Business Law. He wrote his doctoral thesis at the Technical University of Munich, completed a management course with the London School of Economics in Beijing and a strategy course at the IESE Business School in Barcelona.
