Robert is an award-winning Creative Director from Berlin, who believes in the power of design and colors.
Robert has more than eleven years of digital experience in leading roles, enabling teams to design visual experiences and engaging services. His key areas of expertise are strategic design, customer & user experience, visual & brand design, design for growth and digital innovation. As design disciplines are industry and target-group agnostic, Robert is confidently able to work B2B and B2C, with an external or internal focus.
Furthermore, he helps companies in their digital transformation with organizational set-up, change management, forming new work cultures, along with setting the ground for digital product development. He worked as Design Lead, Creative Director with procurement and Creative Lead — all in Berlin. In recent years, Robert was Head of Design, Principal at a leading design company.
On top of that he was honored to be a jury member for a major Digital Economy Award, keynote speaker and lecturer for user experience & customer experience management. Robert holds a master's degree in Integrated Design from Anhalt University of Applied Sciences, at the Bauhaus Dessau.
