Stèphanie is a home-grown consultant who joined Roland Berger in 2013 after completing her Econometric studies cum laude. In 2015 she obtained an MBA from INSEAD, after which she developed herself into a trusted advisor for top management with some of Roland Berger’s largest clients.
Now a Principal at Roland Berger, she is a thought leader in clean energy and climate-related topics. Her projects focus on clean energy technologies — wind and solar energy, heat pumps, EV charging, smart energy software, and direct air capture — among others. Stèphanie has also developed climate strategies that have involved GHG emissions estimation, identification, and quantification of reduction levers, science-based reduction target-setting, and procurement of high-quality carbon offset credits. In addition, she has supported firms by writing TCFD reports and developing compensation strategies that utilize nature-based solutions.
Alongside her project work, she co-leads the Amsterdam office’s Diversity & Inclusion team and supports its development by vetting new recruits and training consultants.
