His functional expertise is in market entry, growth strategy, digital transformation, and operating model optimization.
For the Automotive sector, he has extensive experience in helping automotive original equipment manufacturers (OEMs), suppliers, and conglomerates define new energy vehicles (NEVs) strategies, manage digital transformation, and develop multichannel distribution models.
