Yugo is a Principal at Roland Berger's Tokyo Office.
His expertise spans business strategy, IT/DX strategy, technology strategy, cost reduction (particularly in cost management for optimizing processes of design, production, and procurement), sales/marketing strategy, and new business development. His industry experience encompasses telecommunications, IT, manufacturing, high-tech, and consumer goods.
Yugo has conducted projects in Japan and overseas, and joined Roland Berger after working at the French strategy consulting firm, a US multinational conglomerate, an Indian IT unicorn, and a Japanese consulting firm.
He graduated from the Faculty of Policy Management, Keio University.
