Zhanfu (Jeff) Yu is a Partner in Roland Berger's Chicago office. He joined Roland Berger in 2011. His expertise covers market entry strategy, operation improvement, merger and acquisitions, supply chain and international expansion. Besides intensive consulting work, Jeff is active in publishing business commentary articles on influential local media to share his opinion on important A&D and TLT industry incidents.
Jeff has more than 10 years' experience in management consulting in multiple top consultancies and has accumulated rich experience in serving both Chinese state owned enterprises and local private firms, including the foreign company's China branches. He has a Bachelor degree in Environmental Science from Peking University and a Master's degree in WebGIS from the Chinese Academy of Sciences. He has an MBA from INSEAD with study experience from both the B-school's Fontainebleau and Singapore campuses.
