Sarna Yeung joined Roland Berger Greater China as a specialist in logistics and supply chain management and now heads the Transportation, Logistics and Tourism Competence Center. Her work focuses on corporate strategy, organization design, market entry strategy, merger & acquisitions target screening, due diligence and target negotiation, as well as airport city planning.
Sarna has 18 years of professional consulting and management experience. Prior to joining Roland Berger, Sarna was an Executive of Tibbett & Britten Logistics, where she was responsible for business development and operations in the Asia-Pacific region.
During her consulting career, she has steered projects in Transportation, including the aviation, shipping, railway, road transportation, airports and seaports sectors. She also has strong expertise in operations strategy topics ranging from procurement, manufacturing, and R&D to supply chain, warehousing, distribution and inventory management. She has provided operations strategy consulting to clients in the consumer goods & retail, industrial goods and high-tech industries.
Sarna holds a bachelor's degree in Politics and History from University of London.
