Thomas Klotz joined Roland Berger in 2010 and works in the firm’s Financial Services Competence Center. His work focuses primarily on serving financial services clients across Asia. He has worked for clients in Asia and Europe on issues related to strategy, leadership & organization, operations, M&A and private equity. He also leads Roland Berger’s office in the Southeast Asia region. Prior to joining Roland Berger, Thomas was a Partner at several other leading international consulting firms, with overall management responsibilities in Taiwan, Greater China and Asia-Pacific financial services at various stages in his career. His experience includes projects for both multinational and local clients across Retail Banking, Corporate & Investment Banking, Private Banking and Life & Non-Life Insurance. In addition to Financial Services, he has served clients in consumer goods, automotive & industrial, transportation, telecom and media firms, as well as diversified and family-owned conglomerates.
Thomas holds an MBA from Columbia Business School in the US and a diploma in Industrial Engineering from the Technical University in Berlin, Germany.
