Corporate finance

Our Restructuring & Corporate Finance Competence Center

Restructuring is becoming an issue that not only affects both sides of the balance sheet, but also requires liaising between different stakeholder groups. At the same time, with companies becoming increasingly international, more attention needs to be focused on local market peculiarities when restructuring and financing companies. That's why Roland Berger Strategy Consultants has set up a global Restructuring & Corporate Finance Competence Center with more than 100 experts, offering clients a new and comprehensive approach.

HOLISTIC APPROACH OF STRATEGIC, OPERATIONAL AND FINANCIAL RESTRUCTURING

With the spread of value-based management, corporate finance has been gaining significant importance. Corporate Finance at Roland Berger Strategy Consultants was formed in response to this trend, based on experience derived from numerous large and complex restructuring projects and based on our extensive work with healthy and growing businesses. This Practice Group is focused on the latest CF topics and their developments and can draw upon the extensive operational and industry experience of our global firm – which sets us significantly apart from other advisors in this field. The corporate finance products offered by Roland Berger Strategy Consultants are targeted to support stable/growing as well as underperforming and distressed businesses. We offer investor support and M&A advisory for private equity investors, distressed businesses, distressed equity/debt and corporate clients. Our broad client base and extensive list of references includes large-, mid- and small-cap private and listed companies.

While our investor support group focuses on commercial due diligence, synergy assessments, 100-day programs, performance improvements and exit strategies, our M&A advisory practice provides comprehensive sell- and buy-side lead advise as well as financial advisory.

We offer our clients comprehensive corporate finance services
