Dr. Houssem Jemili leads the Public Sector and ICT practices of Roland Berger in the Middle East and is a Member of the Global Leadership Team of Roland Berger’s Civil Economics & Infrastructure Competence Center. Houssem serves several public sector institutions and clients in the ICT and Digital space on diverse topics, including growth strategies, performance transformation and technology enablement.
Houssem is particularly passionate about the impact of technology in the public services space and the way it can change the lives of millions of people. He leads several innovative digital projects in the Gulf, spanning a wide spectrum of industries – including Transportation, Tourism, Employment and E-Government.
Prior to joining Roland Berger in 2013, Houssem spent 13 years at another top-tier consulting firm in Germany and Switzerland and ultimately co-led its Business Technology practice in the Middle East. He started his career in ICT at Siemens in Germany. He holds a Master’s in Computer Science from the University of Erlangen-Nuremberg and a PhD in Management from the Technical University of Dresden, both in Germany.
