Per I. Nilsson has been a Partner at Roland Berger’s Gothenburg office since 2010. He acts as Managing Partner with overall responsibility for operations in the Nordic countries. His main focus is in the engineered products and high-tech sector as well as in the automotive sector. His projects mainly focus on the areas of strategy development, products and engineering and innovation. Per has been working in management consulting since 1988.
Before joining Roland Berger, he was the Director of the Sweden office of a large consulting firm and Global Head of the Technology & Innovation Management Group. Before entering consulting, he worked for six years at a major automotive manufacturer, where he was Project Leader for the development of a new car model. Per holds degrees in Mechanical Engineering from Chalmers University of Technology in Gothenburg and the Université de Technologie de Compiègne in France as well as a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Gothenburg University.
