Survey Women & Digital

November 9, 2016

We launched a global study on Women & Digital across multiple geographies and together with external partners such as Numa, one of the key reference points of the digital environment in France, and JFD , a professional network promoting women executives. On January 20, we closed the survey. Now we start analyzing the data.

This study is unique, as we compare the situation in different countries.

The survey has already been sent to more than 7,000 people, leveraging our networks.

This study aims to understand how digital – both as a tool and an industry – transforms the role and the place of women at the workplace on three perspectives

  1. Women's entry into the professional life
    (Theme 1: Women & Entrepreneurship / Intrapreneurship)
  2. Women career path evolution
(Theme 2: Women & Career Development)
  3. Women access to leadership positions
    (Theme 3: Women & Leadership)

The study also combines quantitative socio-demographic data, qualitative input, and profiles from successful female leaders.

Composed of 15 questions, the quick survey is open to both men and women all over the globe, regardless of their age, profession, digital skills or culture.

All questions are closed-ended ones, and we also invite you to comment and provide further information for some questions. This will be a highly valuable input for us when we start analyzing the results.

Introductory questions about your age, occupation, background and gender will remain confidential and will be used in aggregate form only for analytical purposes.

The study will be published on March 9, on the occasion of the Digital Women's Day.
