Max Scholz is a member of Restructuring, Performance, Transformation & Transaction at Roland Berger since its inception in July 2018.
After beginning his career at Dresdner Bank, he made several steps at Booz Allen & Hamilton, Diamond Cluster International. In 2006 he joined Kienbaum Management as partner and in 2011 goetzpartner Management as Managing Director. His work focuses on corporate performance and restructuring projects, particularly in the personnel restructuring sector. He is an acknowledged expert in complex negotiations with workers councils and unions. Max studied Economics at the University Würzburg.
