Luca Turba is a Principal in Roland Berger's Financial Services unit. He joined Roland Berger in 2011 and was initially based in Germany before moving to Southeast Asia in 2015 and transferred to Dubai in 2022.
Luca is an industry expert in the banking and insurance sector, having carried out successful projects for prominent financial institutions around the world, especially in emerging markets. Throughout his extensive international career, he has carried out projects across 19 different countries. He has deep industry expertise in strategic projects, ranging from market growth and digitalization to internationalization and operational excellence.
Luca studied at Polytechnic University of Milan and Columbia Business School, where he earned Bachelor and Master Degrees in Management Engineering and a PhD in Strategic Management.
