Your role

Your profile

  • Excellent academic record
  • Relevant strategic work experience – ideally in the geographical market you would like to join
  • Industry or functional expertise in e.g. aerospace, automotive, chemicals, consumer goods & retail, corporate finance, digitalization, energy, engineered products & high tech, financial services, infrastructure, operations, public services, pharma & healthcare, restructuring, technology/media/telecommunications or transportation
  • Strong analytical and creative problem solving skills
  • Hands-on approach

First-round interviews

Tuesday, April 14
Fontainebleau and Singapore campus

Usually, you will have two one-on-one interviews (50 min each) with colleagues from different Roland Berger offices. During the interviews, we will focus on both personal skills (including your motivation to work with us) and professional skills (including case studies). The discussions will be in English or in the language of the office you are interviewing for. If both interviews are successful, you will be invited to a second round in one of our offices.
