Arise@RolandBerger is a community and resource network for colleagues of Asian backgrounds, particularly those living in other parts of the word. We provide support, resources and allyship to all colleagues who identify with or want to support our group.

Our mission is to promote a culture of inclusion, diversity and building bridges across offices, countries, and regions:

• Create a tightknit community that provides support, resources, and allyship to promote career development, provide a sense of belonging and improve retention

• Inform and create learning opportunities for our colleagues about the various cultures and nuances that exist across Asia

• Build a network across Roland Berger through social events and information sharing

Arise@RolandBerger fosters community through celebration and continues to expand its focus to include cultural awareness and career development.

• We celebrate cultural diversity through events such as Lunar New Year, Eid celebrations, Asian American Pacific Islander (AAPI) Heritage Month, and Diwali
• We foster meaningful dialogue through fireside chats with members of the management team, exploring topics like cultural identity in the workplace, overcoming barriers, and sharing success stories
• Career development is a core pillar of the community, supported by a buddy program that connects members with experienced consultants for mentorship and guidance
