Be diverse.

A strong commitment

Dedicated to diversity

Diversity Rank #2 Overall Diversity

As the only management consultancy of European heritage with a strong international footprint, diversity, equity and inclusion are part of our identity. We believe the meeting of different cultures and different perspectives within our company enriches us. We commit to ensuring our firm as an inclusive, meritocratic world that celebrates the richness our differences bring. That's why we have people with a diverse range of backgrounds working for us.

We've already achieved a great deal of diversity. But we want more. The more diverse our teams are, the more creative our ideas, the more sustainable the success we attain for our clients and the more we learn from each other. We're looking for people with diverse profiles, talents and perspectives.

Special training we offer and cooperation we're engaged in with selected initiatives support us in our endeavor to coexist and work together in ways that reflect even greater diversity.

Diversity in development

We offer all employees the optimal basis for successful professional and personal development. To this end, we support all our people equally, regardless of their gender, age, ethnicity, disability, and religious or sexual orientation.

In addition to this, all employees complete mandatory training modules on subjects such as discrimination. For us, equal pay for equal work is just as natural a principle as regular, performance-based appraisals with equal development prospects for all.

One more thing

black@RolandBerger

We champion equal opportunities – within Roland Berger and beyond. We can't say it often enough: Roland Berger thrives on diversity and we want all people to feel comfortable with us. That includes people of color. Black@RolandBerger originated as an initiative in the United States and is now a network in which all employees can get involved. Among the offerings under this banner are inspiring discussion forums that we organize with people of color in leadership positions at Roland Berger or in industry.
