Leonardo Puccetti

Leonardo Puccetti is a Principal at Roland Berger in Brazil, where he leads our Services platform (Financial Services, Technology, Media and Telecommunications) and TIS practice (Transaction & Investor Services). He advises companies, financial investors and strategic buyers, connecting them with companies, scale-ups, and infrastructure assets, and guiding them through complex transactions and growth opportunities.

With a strong foundation in corporate strategy and M&A, Leonardo combines analytical rigor with an entrepreneurial mindset. He is recognized for supporting the build of new businesses, shaping digital capabilities and implementing agile methodologies to help organizations adapt and thrive. His work spans the full spectrum of financial services from payments and retail banking to insurance, investment banking, central banks and high growth startups, always with a focus on creating sustainable value.

Leonardo holds a Bachelor’s degree in Production Engineering from Escola Politécnica da USP and a Master of Science in Management Engineering with an emphasis in Finance from Politecnico di Milano.
