Mika is a Principal at Roland Berger's Tokyo office. Her passion lies in helping Japanese Industrial clients transform their businesses to the next level. With her past experiences as an IT consultant and a start-up funding member, she has successfully supported Japanese automotive, electronics and IT clients to survive and grow in the global disruptive market, and to create new values with innovative technologies.
Her devotion to the client brings tangible results to the clients’ business and organization. Mika holds a master's degree in Sociology from Hitotsubashi University, Japan.
