At Roland Berger, we believe it is important for everyone to be able to be themselves. More diverse teams deliver better results. That’s why we are celebrating Pride Week together with all our offices worldwide from June 23 to June 27 2025. During our Be Proud Event, on June 26 17.30-21.00, you will have the opportunity to get to know Roland Berger and Just Be - our LGBTQ+ network. You will also participate in a short case study, allowing you to experience firsthand the analytical and strategic thinking that characterizes our work at Roland Berger. We will conclude the event with a dinner at a nearby restaurant, where you can get to know our team members and fellow participants better in a relaxed atmosphere. This is a fantastic opportunity to network, share experiences, and build connections that could shape your future career.

Who can join?
This event is open to all students and young professionals with up to 6 years of experience who identify as members of or feel connected to the LGBTQ+ community. Proficiency in the Dutch language is not a requirement for this event. If you know other students or young professionals from the LGBTQ+ community who might be interested in this event, please feel free to forward them the sign up link as well.
