Brad McMullin

Brad is a Principal on Roland Berger’s North America team, where he supports clients throughout strategy, transaction and transformation topics.

Brad has deep expertise across the materials space, including agrochemicals and pharmaceutical ingredients. He also leads the Winners team, which focuses on understanding key drivers of share price performance, and identifies opportunities for management teams to improve their total shareholder return.

Before joining Roland Berger in 2019, he spent four years “on the buy side” as an investment professional at a USD 30 bn investment fund. Brad uses his experience as an investor to help his clients focus on what drives value.

Brad McMullin has a Finance degree from Brigham Young University and an MBA from University of Chicago’s Booth School of Business.
