Jan-Hendrik Toebbe is a Senior Advisor of Roland Berger's Restructuring, Performance, Transformation & Transaction group, with more than 20 years of experience in the areas of restructuring, performance improvement and M&A, both from an advisory point of view and with management responsibility.
He proactively supports companies in diverse industries, especially with strategic realignment, operational and financial restructuring. Jan-Hendrik has extensive experience with the maritime industry, where he worked across the entire value chain, including with restructuring and transaction projects, and insolvency proceedings.
Jan-Hendrik studied economics at the economy academy in Kiel and holds an MBA from Leeds Metropolitan University.
