Carve-outs are "en vogue" and have become an integral part of daily business practice. Company parts are outsourced and sold, large corporations split up and create holding structures - often without any current transaction reason.
Critical factors for a successful carve-out are, in particular, the inventory, the structuring of the carve-out and the development of a tailor-made concept as well as the control and coordination of the carve-out process. Special attention must be paid to this.
