Consultant- OPS Data Engineer
Beijing, Shanghai
- An integral part of cross-functional client team, independently solve real business issues with cutting edge data solutions.
- Work with our clients and other Roland Berger consultants to build pragmatic tools, expecially in industrial environment, such as optimization models, data mining system, onsite automation etc.
- Bring unique perspective and insights while facing complex or unstructured data with right coding tools, such as Python, SQL etc.
Qualifications
- 1-3 years industry working experience with functional knowledge, passion in data related methods or tools, able to drive business insights;
- Academic background in data related discipline, such as computer science, mathmatics, industrial engineering, big data, artificial intelligence etc.
- Superior analytical skills with creative mindset
- Exposure to big data platforms, able or willing to lead end to end data solutions and responsible for the core code
- Hands-on person with passion to solve on-site issues
- Experience in manufacturing, supply chain, procurement, digital transformation is plus
- Passion for a challenging and rewarding consulting career;
- Excellent Chinese and English language abilities
