During our 24-month entry program, you will work on exciting projects, get to know two other European Roland Berger offices in addition to your home base, and build an international network.
Regular training and special coaching for female consultants will foster your personal and professional development. Qualifications
Fluent Spanish is required, and you must be in your final year of studies or a master's program to start your full-time career at the Madrid office.
