Du analysierst strukturiert komplexe Aufgaben und bringst Lösungen auch kommunikativ auf den Punkt? Als Senior Expert Compensation & Benefits (all genders) spielst du eine Schlüsselrolle bei der Gestaltung und Umsetzung globaler Compensation & Benefits Konzepte, die unsere Unternehmensziele unterstützen.
Deine Aufgaben im Detail:
- Analyse, Monitoring und Weiterentwicklung der globalen Vergütungspolitik sowie Anpassung an neue regulatorische Anforderungen (z.B. EU Entgelttransparenzrichtlinie)
- Durchführung von Job Mappings sowie strukturierte Bewertungen von Funktionen innerhalb des Unternehmens
- Sicherstellung der Einhaltung gesetzlicher Vorgaben und Erfüllung regulatorischer Anforderungen im Bereich HR-Reporting (z.B. CSRD, Entgelttransparenz)
- Durchführung von Benchmarks zur Gewährleistung einer wettbewerbsfähigen Vergütungstruktur
- Planung und Durchführung globaler sowie lokaler Vergütungsprojekte
- Beratung lokaler HR-Teams und anderer Stakeholder und Mitgestaltung von Progammen im Bereich Compensation & Benefits
Qualifikationen
- Bachelor- oder Masterabschluss in Human Resources Management, Betriebswirtschaft, Finanzwesen oder einem verwandten Bereich
- Mindestens 3-5 Jahre Erfahrung im internationalen Kontext im Bereich Compensation & Benefits
- Ausgeprägte logische Fähigkeiten, Erfahrung mit HRIS-Systemen und fortgeschrittene Excel-Kenntnisse
- Hervorragende Kommunikations-, Präsentations- und Stakeholder-Management-Fähigkeiten
- Hohe Detailorientierung und strategisches Denkvermögen
- Fließende Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
