Oliver Knapp is a Senior Partner in Roland Berger’s Stuttgart office. He co-leads the Operations practice, the global Procurement practice and the global PMI Desk. He joined the company in 2000 and enjoys working in close collaboration with clients to develop creative solutions and deliver sustainable change. Oliver has advised many companies on large transformations (particularly in procurement, product cost/value management, engineering, and FRUGAL products), Post Merger Integrations (PMI), and performance improvement projects. He has worked with companies in numerous industries, including the automotive sector, engineered products, durable/consumer goods, and transportation. In addition, he co-leads the global Shipping practice.
