
Marc Bayer
Marc Bayer is a Director in the Operations team at Roland Berger in Stuttgart. He brings over 20 years of international consulting and industry experience, with a strong focus on the automotive sector. Marc is recognized as an expert in advising small and medium-sized enterprises.
At Roland Berger, Marc supports industrial clients in the areas of service and production. His core expertise lies in designing innovative operating models and driving efficiency improvements across organizations and production sites. He has deep market knowledge in regions such as Central and Eastern Europe, the Middle East, and Asia.
Prior to his current role, Marc served as Director and Head of Department at a leading in-house consulting firm. There, he optimized global sales and service processes, launched product programs, and led key initiatives for passenger car and commercial vehicle manufacturers in Europe, Russia, India, and China. Earlier in his career, he spent seven years as a consultant at Roland Berger.
Marc Bayer holds a Master’s degree in Business Administration and Electrical Engineering from the Technical University of Darmstadt.
