Masashi Onozuka
Masashi Onozuka graduated from the Graduate School of Media and Governance, Keio University. After working at a Japanese think tank and a system integrator, Masashi now holds his current position.
Masashi provides a wide range of consulting services, primarily in the field of supply chain and logistics, including the formulation of long-term visions and management plans, the development of growth strategies, the promotion of M&A and digital transformation (DX), the creation of new businesses, the reform of profit structures, and the enhancement of risk management.
Masashi has long served, and continues to serve, as a member of expert committees for the Japanese government and various industry organizations.
Masashi’s recent publications include Supply Web: Next-Generation Commerce and Logistics Platform, Logistics 4.0: Creative Innovation in Logistics, Understanding Logistics, and DX Business Models: Offensive Strategies for Profit Generation Learned from 80 Cases.
