

Roland Berger signs Strategic MoU with OMSITAI to Advance AI Collaboration

Roland Berger Middle East is proud to announce the signing of a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with the Office of the Ministry of State for Information Technology and Artificial Intelligence (OMSITAI), establishing a strategic collaboration to advance AI in Lebanon and the wider region.

This partnership reflects a shared commitment to harnessing AI to advance national priorities, support SME growth, and enable innovation through strategic advisory, market access, and joint go-to-market efforts. Under this MoU, Roland Berger and OMSITAI will co-develop AI-driven initiatives, contribute to national strategies and technical advisory, and support the development of governance frameworks that ensure safe, ethical, and impactful AI adoption across key sectors.

H.E. Dr. Kamal Shehadeh, Minister of State for Technology and Artificial Intelligence (also serving as Minister of Displaced), emphasized that this MoU marks a significant step in Lebanon’s digital transformation journey and reflects the country’s commitment to fostering a technology ecosystem built on innovation and global standards. He stated:
