Diane has over 15 years of experience including nine years in consulting organizations.

During the past six years, Diane has focused on sustainability and ESG across multiple sectors. She advised leading sovereign wealth funds, Giga/Mega projects, energy & petrochemical companies, and pharmaceutical manufacturers on sustainability/ESG strategy, implementation programs, materiality assessments, governance models, and reporting frameworks. She also worked closely with governmental entities on national initiatives related to circular economy and waste management.

Prior to joining Roland Berger, Diane was a Director with a major professional services firm’s Climate Change and Sustainability Services team. In addition to her client-facing work, she led Sustainability/ESG Strategy & Reporting offerings for the firm’s MENA region, was a member of the firm’s Global Subject Matter Group on Sustainability Reporting, and spearheaded business development for the firm’s sustainability solutions across a large PIF ecosystem. She authored multiple thought leadership pieces and comment letters to standard-setters.

Besides her sustainability experience, Diane brings a strong background in marketing and commercial strategy, implementation, and communications.

Diane holds an executive master’s in marketing, Commercial and Digital Strategy from HEC Paris. She is a GRI-certified sustainability professional, and a Doctor of Pharmacy from Saint Joseph University, Beirut.

She is fluent in Arabic, English and French, and has worked extensively across the Middle East.
