Mokhtar is a home-grown Consultant who joined the Roland Berger Casablanca Office in 2013 as an intern, after completing a M.Sc. in Management from ESSEC Business School in Paris.
He supports insurance players in Morocco and sub-Saharan Africa in large transformation projects (distribution models, process reengineering, corporate strategy, ...) and has extensive experience in other sectors (Investor Support, Civil Economics, Regulated & Infrastructure).
Mokhtar has also contributed to many sports and entertainment related projects in Morocco, Europe and the Middle East.
He will continue to support our growth with several key accounts in insurance across Africa, along with a strong involvement in the development of the Casablanca office.
