Kamil Kasprowicz

Kamil has 15 years of experience as management consultant (many of them from his first stay at Roland Berger) and from diverse leadership positions in the industry. He has extensive knowledge in the transportation & logistics sector as well as experience in supply chain management for diverse verticals, particularly retail / eCommerce.

Most recently, Kamil held the position of CEO of a German-based logistics company and Regional Head for Southern Europe for a leading European eCommerce logistics and fulfillment provider. Prior to this, Kamil was Vice President Supply Chain Management of a multinational retail and eCommerce company.

Kamil ´s main focus at Roland Berger ME lies in supporting public and private clients in the logistics and maritime sector. Kamil has deep interest related to automation, robotics & AI. Logistics being a labor intensive sector, Kamil’s expertise is also related to organizational transformation and the future of work in logistics.

Kamil holds a Diploma in Business Administration and Economics from Leibniz University, Germany and a Master of Science in International Economic Consulting from the Aarhus School of Business, Denmark.
