Kirill Ivanov is a Principal in Roland Berger's Sydney office, where he leads the firm's healthcare deal advisory work across Australia and New Zealand. He advises private equity funds and healthcare leaders on complex investment and portfolio decisions and has overseen commercial due diligence on many of the landmark ANZ healthcare transactions in recent years. Kirill is recognised for his fact-based, decisive perspectives and his ability to frame choices for investment committees and Boards within a clear strategic narrative. His work spans the full healthcare landscape, from services and facilities to technology and life sciences.
Before joining Roland Berger, Kirill was a Director in a leading Australian deals strategy practice and previously founded and ran his own business, bringing both investor and operator lenses to his advice. He holds a Bachelor of Economics from the Higher School of Economics and an MBA from the Australian Graduate School of Management (UNSW).
