Rebecca Evans
Rebecca, based in New York, is a Principal at management consulting firm Roland Berger. Rebecca is part of the Industrials platform at Roland Berger, focusing on automotive suppliers and OEMs and specializing in operational strategy, large-scale transformation, and performance improvement.
Rebecca is the co-head of Women@RolandBerger Americas, where she leads the Women Leaders in Industry speaker series, as well as various internal initiatives focusing on recruiting, retaining, and developing women in consulting.
Outside of Roland Berger, Rebecca is the author of non-fiction book Made to Change: How to Positively Disrupt Your Life.
She holds a bachelor's degree in Business Administration from the University of Michigan’s Ross School of Business and a master’s degree in Business Administration from the University of Chicago’s Booth School of Business.
Rebecca is a runner, reader, and wildlife lover, with a hobby of traveling to global locations to trek and photograph wildlife.
