Volkmar Noeske is part of Roland Berger’s Industrials Platform, focused on the Aerospace & Defence industry. He has deep project experience across the entire defence and security ecosystem working for large international companies and institutions on topics related to market entry and growth strategies, operational performance improvement, and M&A.
Beyond defence and security, Volkmar has rich experience delivering strategy, business transformation and transaction support projects for civil aerospace, automotive, and industrial clients. He also has an extensive international background, including four years as part of Roland Berger’s Indian operations.
Volkmar studied Industrial Engineering in Mannheim, Germany, as well as Management at the European Business School in Oestrich-Winkel, Germany and the Indian Institute of Management in Ahmedabad, India.
