Yoshiaki Tsuji

Yoshiaki is a Principal at Roland Berger's Tokyo office.

After starting his career at international consulting firms, he joined a global automotive manufacturer, where he was engaged in cross-border M&A and business restructuring initiatives. He also served as a director and held leadership roles in corporate management and financial control at group companies. Prior to joining Roland Berger, he worked at a financial advisory firm.

Leveraging his experience in both management consulting and corporate leadership, he advises clients primarily in the automotive and manufacturing sectors on portfolio transformation, restructuring, and new business launch. He supports clients from strategic decision-making through execution.

He graduated from the Department of Mechanical Engineering, School of Science and Engineering, Waseda University.
