Value Unlock is a journey that starts from understanding the causes of undervaluation to formulating strategies to reposition the business to develop the equity story that will be amplified across the most effective channels. Under the Elevate Grant, eligible Singapore-listed companies may receive funding support of up to S$200,000 for professional advisory services focused on enhancing shareholder value.
Through this presence, Roland Berger supports companies in sharpening their strategic direction, strengthening financial and operational performance, and communicating their growth potential more effectively to the market.
It can be segmented into two phases with Phase 1 covering diagnosis and assessment, and Phase 2 covering strategy and development of the equity story.
We support eligible companies under the Elevate Grant with Corporate Strategy support of up to 12 weeks, tailored to the situation of the company.
