Financial Accountant
Stockholm
Managing day-to-day accounting and bookkeeping tasks (including supplier invoices, travel expense reports, incoming and outgoing payments, and other accounting records)
Preparing and reviewing weekly payment proposals
Preparing, creating and maintaining high-level cash forecasts
Issuing customer invoices for consultancy projects
Overseeing project life-cycle management in close collaboration with project managers (including project creation, planning, maintenance in the ERP system for accurate time and expense tracking, and project closure)
Supporting timely preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closings
Assisting the CFO with cost and revenue analysis
Participating in special projects focused on finance process improvement and optimization within the accounting department
Qualifications
- University degree in business administration (or similar), or proven practical experience in accounting
1-2 years of professional experience in accounting and bookkeeping, preferably in an international setting and ideally within a services or consultancy firm
An interest in operational tasks and delivers high level of accuracy and professionalism
Fluency in Swedish and business-level proficiency in English
Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
Advanced knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and experience with ERP software (preferably SAP)
High level of drive, responsibility, and ownership of assigned tasks
