주요업무

Roland Berger Korea의 HR은 조직 전체의 HR Generalist로서 인사 전 영역을 함께 운영합니다.
담당자와 함께 아래의 업무를 중심으로 HR 전반을 경험하고 주도적으로 수행하게 됩니다.
 

  • 평가, 채용, 교육, 노무, 인력운영 등 HR 주요 프로세스의 운영 및 지원
  • 입·퇴사 절차, 온보딩/오프보딩 관련 행정 업무
  • 근태, 복리후생, HR 시스템 관리 등 제반 인사 행정
  • HR 데이터 관리, 문서 정리, 각종 보고서 작성
  • 글로벌 본사와 커뮤니케이션 및 협업 지원

※ 구체적인 업무 범위는 경력 및 역량에 따라 조정됩니다.

자격 요건

자격요건

  • HR 경력 1년~ (급여는 경력에 따라 협의)
  • 원활한 커뮤니케이션 및 높은 협업 역량
  • 꼼꼼하고 체계적인 업무 처리 능력
  • 영어 커뮤니케이션 가능자 (Verbal & Written-비즈니스 영어수준)

Working Conditions:

  • 계약 형태: 자체 계약직 (육아휴직 대체)
  • 근무 기간: 2025년 11월 말 ~ 2027년 3월 말 (약 1년 4개월) - 시작일 협의 가능
  • 근무지: 서울시 종로구 Roland Berger
