Dieter Atzwanger is a Principal at Roland Berger based in the Munich office. He focuses on Corporate Finance and Mergers & Acquisitions topics within our Restructuring, Performance, Transformation & Transaction unit.
For more than 17 years Dieter has worked for listed corporates, private companies, financial investors, insolvency administrators, entrepreneurs and family offices on buy and sell side transactions worldwide.
In addition, Dieter regularly advises customers on commercial due diligence, strategy, corporate performance and restructuring assignments.
Before joining Roland Berger in 2010, Dieter gathered extensive Corporate Finance and M&A experience while working for a leading Asian Investment Bank in Frankfurt and London and the M&A department of a Big-4 company also in Frankfurt and London.
Dieter holds a degree in business administration from Università Luigi Bocconi, Milan, Italy.
