Markus Held

Markus Held is a partner in Roland Berger's Munich office and a member of the M&A / Financial Advisory team. He has more than 15 years of experience in private equity, corporate finance, financing, and corporate transactions. In addition, throughout his career he has gained extensive experience in resolving crisis situations across the entire capital structure.

In addition to M&A transactions, the focus of his work is primarily on debt advisory solutions of all kinds. His services range from integrated (re-)financing, working capital financing, acquisition financing, and ESG project financing, to adjustments or optimizations of existing financing with regard to maturities, covenants, or collateral. He also deals with financial restructurings of entire capital structures.
