Dr. Simon Kuhn is a Principal at Roland Berger's Financial Services team in Frankfurt, with expertise spanning IT and digital transformation, credit process optimization, and captive finance.

His work focuses on developing IT and digital strategies, redesigning credit processes, and advancing business models across corporate and commercial banking. He brings in additional expertise in the captive finance sector, advising leading industrial OEMs on establishing financial services divisions and evaluating market entry opportunities.

Simon has led numerous projects for European banks, with a strong track record in IT modernization, end-to-end digitalization, and organizational transformation. A focus of his work is the seamless integration of business and IT perspectives.

He studied at Frankfurt School of Finance & Management and London School of Economics and Political Science. He holds a Ph.D. from the University of Tübingen.
