Dr. Matthias Holzamer is a Senior Partner at Roland Berger specializing in driving transformations for businesses facing complex challenges. With 20 years of experience in strategic, operational and financial restructuring, corporate finance and value creation, he helps firms navigate uncertainty, reduce risk, unlock growth opportunities and enhance financial performance.
He has a proven track record in large-scale restructurings (also in transaction/M&A settings), working closely with clients to improve operational as well as capital efficiency, optimize financing structures and execute successful turnaround strategies. His expertise extends to financial management as well as complex business and liquidity planning, ensuring sustainable business success in dynamic and volatile markets.

Matthias studied International Business Administration in Munich, London and Paris and earned a PhD from the Institute for Capital Markets and Corporate Finance at LMU Munich. He still regularly publishes relevant studies on corporate finance.
