Du willst Artificial Intelligence, Generative AI und Analytics in messbaren Business Impact übersetzen?
Als Senior Consultant AI entwickelst du maßgeschneiderte AI-, GenAI- und Advanced-Analytics-Lösungen für führende Unternehmen und begleitest sie von der Strategie bis zur Umsetzung.
Dabei verbindest du strategische Beratung mit technologischem Verständnis: Du identifizierst AI Use Cases, entwickelst skalierbare Lösungsansätze rund um Machine Learning, Large Language Models und GenAI-Plattformen und machst neue Technologien für Kund:innen nutzbar.
- Du identifizierst, strukturierst und priorisierst AI-, GenAI- und Advanced-Analytics-Use-Cases entlang strategischer Fragestellungen.
- Du entwickelst Lösungen von der ersten Hypothese über Prototypen und MVPs bis zur Vorbereitung des produktiven Einsatzes.
- Du verantwortest eigene Workstreams und übersetzt komplexe Anforderungen in skalierbare, businessnahe AI-Lösungen.
- Du arbeitest eng mit Projektteams, Data Scientists, Engineers, Kund:innen und dem Roland Berger AI Lab zusammen und bringst aktuelle Entwicklungen rund um Machine Learning, Large Language Models, MLOps und GenAI-Plattformen in Projekte ein.
Qualifikationen
- Du hast einen sehr guten Masterabschluss in einem analytisch-technischen Fach wie Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, Informatik, Mathematik, Statistik oder Physik; Promotion von Vorteil.
- Du bringst mindestens 4 Jahre relevante Erfahrung in Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, Generative AI oder Advanced Analytics mit und hast diese bereits in Beratungsprojekten praktisch angewendet.
- Du verfügst über fundierte Kenntnisse in Machine Learning und generativer KI und hast Erfahrung mit datengetriebenen Modellen, AI Use Cases oder GenAI-Lösungen.
- Du denkst analytisch, strukturierst komplexe Fragestellungen schnell und übersetzt sie in klare, skalierbare Lösungsansätze.
- Du arbeitest gerne in interdisziplinären Teams und übernimmst Verantwortung für eigene Themen.
- Sehr gute Kommunikationsfähigkeiten in Deutsch und Englisch
