Families at Roland Berger

Many of our employees have a family or plan to start a family. Parents of younger children in particular face numerous challenges. We want to help them navigate the parenting journey. That's why many of our offices have set up initiatives where parents support each other. As an employer, it's important to us to facilitate flexibility for all our colleagues and even more so for working parents. We offer flexible working models – together we'll find the best individual solution for working mothers and fathers.
