Why Roland Berger?
What attracted me to Roland Berger was the opportunity to work on a wide range of topics and industries while tackling complex and intellectually stimulating problems. No two projects are the same, which means there is always something new to learn. I enjoy being surrounded by curious people who challenge each other to think differently and find creative solutions for clients.

What makes Roland Berger special for me?
For me, it is the people. I enjoy working with colleagues from a wide range of backgrounds who bring different perspectives and experiences. There is a strong culture of curiosity and meritocracy, where people are encouraged to ask questions, challenge ideas and learn from one another. I have also always appreciated that good ideas are valued regardless of where they come from, which makes for a collaborative and engaging environment.

What is it like to be out at Roland Berger?
Being out at Roland Berger has turned out to be very easy and natural for me. My colleagues don't treat me differently when talking about my partner or my life outside of work, which allows me to be myself without thinking too much about it.
